N1.2Million disappeared from my GTB account said customer

A viral video shows woman from one of GTB banking hall in Asaba weeping heavily after 1.2 million naira withdrawn from her account.
Mrs Onyema Evelyn took to her Instagram page @evelyncute22 to complain on how over 1.2million Naira has been allegedly transferred out of her Gtbank account to an unknown account without her consent.
The lady who is located in Asaba complained, According to her, the issue of money missing from her account started three week ago when she noticed a sum of #500,000 was transferred from her Gtbank account .
She explained that she quickly went to her GTB account officer to complain and was advised to change her account password and details which she did, she also reported at the police station and the case was taken to court , a court order was given to her which she submitted at the recipient’s bank which was Access Bank with account name Lowa Jubril, only for her to see another debit of #750,000 yesterday morning from this same GTB account to a Kuda account with account name Divine Chinweze Williams.
She immediately went to the bank to complain and they couldn’t provide any reasonable solution or explaination as to why her money is being transferred without her consent and whose account the money is transferred.

Another customer,who spoke annonymously to our reporter said It had happened to them before which is six hundred seventy five thousand naria ( N675,000) was transferred out.
As I’m speaking with you it’s about 10 years now nothing has been done and GTB authority would not deny that they don’t know what is happening because they should have provide solution or give immediate reaction. .
