Rumueme Kingdom Alleges Rivers CP Nwoyi of working with a ‘Killer Group’, send save our souls message to IGP

Mgbuoshimini Community, Rumueme Kingdom in Rivers State, have called on the Nigeria Police Force to investigating the New Rivers State Commission of Police, CP Emeka P. Nwoyi for allegedly working with a notorious killer group that destabilise the peace of the community .
In a petition issued by the Kingdom’s lawyer, Tony Eseigbe Esq, addressed to the Force Headquarters , explained that a gruesome killing was carried out by a cult group leader popularly known as Daddy Chukwu or OBONI thst led to the tragic loss of innocent lives.
He pointed out that despite Rivers State Police Command publishing OBONI’s name on the wanted list in national newspapers , the perpetrator has been freely roaming around the community without being arrested or apprehended
Some members of the deadly cult group were alleged of being possession of sophisticate weapons and firearms yet nothing has been done,with thus evidence of recovery of these illegal arms further called for urgent need for a thorough investigation to ensure the safety,lives and properties of the Mgbuoshimini Community and its residents.
The Mgbuoshimini Community hopes that their plea will be met with quick response from the authorities, to restore peace and unity in the community .
Also, Nwoyi was alleged of suppressing the efforts of the vigilante group, hired by the Kingdom for community policing to assist the Police in securing the residents and also help to finish out the gang groups within the community and restore peace.
The letter partly read, “That in 2017 there were multiple killings in our client’s community led personally by a certain Daddy Chukwu A.K.A OBONI and a lot of secret cult activities went in the locality known as (Island secret cult).
“That consequent upon paragraph 2 above, the Nigerian Police, River State command declared the said Daddy Chukwu A.K.A Oboni wanted along with his sponsors vide Newspaper report hereto attached for ease of reference.
“That despite been declared wanted by your men of the River State Command, and reported on all papers, the said Daddy Chukwu has returned to our community operating freely to the extent of building a permanent camp from where they are operating, terrorizing the community with a high level of proliferation of Arms and hard drugs unchallenged.
“That the suspect known as Daddy Chukwu and his cohorts have openly killed several persons in our clients community, burnt several houses and persons and threatening to kill more.
“That our client has it on good authority that the guns used by these wanted suspects are been procured by the underlisted persons.

“That some of the victims killed by the suspect and their cohorts include:
Yeeka Mgbor from Ogoni, Maduka Anaebo from Imo State, Mrs Glory Monday from Cross River State, Masuru Muhammad, Mammuda Ibrahim
“That the killings and threat messages have been sent by the Principal suspect directly to some of our client’s notable sons that he must kill them soon and that if he cannot get them, he will go after members of their family at any rate; this has generated very serious tension and put members of our client in perpetual fear, as they are helpless and armless.
“That our client is particularly disturbed because the said Daddy Chukwu a.k.a OBONI is daily recruiting her youths into his secret cult and arming them to the extent of building a cult camp called “BARRACKS” at the waterfront area of our client (mgbuoshimiri Community accessible through Deeper Life Street and through the Nyeche Dredging Company just by the New Rivers State owned Abatoir project Area, where the recruited boys operate from with such ammunition as AK 47 and all manner of weapons.
“That only recently one Miss Grace, was flogged to death, the ears of one Sunny Amadi and Victor Dike Alagbo were cut off and a lot of other horrible crimes.
“That our client had to set up a vigilante group to assist the Police to recover most of the arms from the cultists with some level of success recorded, but the present Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, CP Emeka P. Nwoyi, upon his coming, has formed an unholy alliance with the killer group to the point of arresting anyone who dares to petition the killer group.

“That the New Commission of Police of Rivers State has arrested the vigilante group that brought relative peace to our client’s community and he is doing everything possible to cause communal crisis perhaps he stands to benefit more from the crisis or he is been paid to cause crisis in the community he ought to protect their lives and properties.
“That our client pleads for immediate and discreet investigation by your office sir, so as to ascertain the interest of CP Emeka P. Nyowi in shielding assassins and cultists.”
